We take the utmost care in preparing your bouquets. 

If something isn't 100% right, our friendly customer care team are just a moment away and will go the extra distance to make things right. Please direct all queries to Floraly's customer service, and we will do our best to resolve any issues asap. 

  • If your flowers are substandard or incorrect, please attach a photo with your inquiry. Our customer care team will then assess the claim and get back to you within 24 hours. Please note that any refund issued may take up to seven working days reach your account.
  • Due to the perishable nature of the flora we provide (and Australia's hot summers!), please ensure that you get in touch with us within two days of receiving the bouquet so that we can effectively deal with your query.
  • Due to the relatively short life span of all cut flora, we do not accept returns or change of mind. All orders are final, and unfortunately cannot accept cancellations.
  • Please note that occasionally we may substitute flowers according to seasonal availability. Our florists pick the best available flowers to maintain a premium quality product, and we will strive to let all our customers know if any substitution is made.
  • It is solely the customer’s responsibility to apply any available discount codes before checkout. Floraly will not be responsible for refunds where a discount code was not applied.
