Stefan has a proven record of success as a serial entrepreneur, starting and scaling a number of multi-million-dollar e-commerce businesses in Australia and the UK. In addition, he is a co-founder of startup accelerator Idea Crunch, which focuses on replicating successful businesses from overseas that don't yet exist locally.

Tristan Sender

CEO, Co-Founder

A passionate and positive leader, Tristan is the former CEO of carshare giant GoGet, and brings extensive management experience in operations, marketing and business development within entrepreneurial companies. He is focused on making Floraly Australia’s fastest growing and most loved flower gifting service.

Alec Ramsey

Co-Founder

Alec is an energetic leader with a focus on strategic positioning, branding and early stage growth. He is the co-founder of a number of multi-million-dollar businesses as well as startup accelerator Idea Crunch, and believes strongly in shaping environmentally and socially sustainable practices while actively promoting equality in the workplace.

Head of Marketing & Growth

Senior marketing leader with 12 years’ experience spanning retail, startups and digital content publishing. With a consistently entrepreneurial approach, Jaimee's focus is on finding creative ways to drive growth. She's a customer-first thinker with a passion for innovation and building high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams.

Matt Barker

Head of Operations

Matt is a highly resilient manager, experienced in leading cost efficient operations through high performance team-building and process improvement. He is focused on streamlining all parts of Floraly's operations from supply-chain logistics and our flower sourcing process, through to order fulfilment.

Paris Majam

Operations Exec

Paris is an efficiency-focused operations leader that loves the energy that comes from working in a fast paced environment. She's great at motivating her team to get things done on time, and always got a mixed punk / metal playlist going. Catch her unawares and you might even hear a few bars of Harry Styles.

Leah Bryant

Lead Florist

Leah absolutely loves all things flowers. With a fantastic eye for design, she's always got her nose in one flower or another and absolutely loves being asked to put together the perfect bouquet for a special event (or just-because!).
