How does Floraly send flowers in Melbourne?

First, we source our flowers fresh in the morning from the flower markets. We only buy enough flowers to cover the orders going out that day in order to reduce flower waste. We also prefer to send flowers that are still in bud – this helps protect them while they’re in transit, and also means they’ll bloom at home and last longer.

Back at our Melbourne HQ, our florists will spend the morning busily preparing the flowers, trimming leaves and stems to get them looking their absolute best before they're sent out around town. Think of them like beauticians, glamming up their clients for a big event!

They’ll then carefully place the flowers inside our signature gift boxes, along with a card for your personal message and any other goodies you might’ve included in your order.

Once they're safely packed, our flowers are picked up by our couriers and delivered directly to your or your recipient’s door that same day, ensuring the blooms are fresh and beautiful when they arrive.
